We will project manage the entire process, ensuring that no costs are incurred without your prior authorisation.
We tailor make your application to meet your requirements and to fit in with your needs for the property. Works must been commenced within 3 months of the Initial Inspection by the Council. Alternately, works can be commenced and completed within a shorter timescale.
